How do I retrieve my Update Service ID?

If you have subscribed to the Update Service, you can log into your subscription through the Update Service by inputting your Update Service ID number (C followed by 10 numbers) and date of birth.

Your Update Service ID number would have been displayed on the screen when you subscribed and emailed to you after making payment.

To retrieve your Update Service ID, you can contact our Customer Services on 03000 200 190 and speak to one of our agents who will be happy to assist you.
