How do I raise a dispute?
You can raise a dispute about the information disclosed on your Basic DBS check through your DBS online account.
If you wish to dispute information on a Standard or Enhanced DBS check you can download a dispute form and email it to us. Full details are available on the Report a problem about a criminal record check or barring decision GOV.UK page.
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services on 03000 200 190 and speak to one of our Dispute agents who will be happy to assist you.
