DBS discloses convictions and cautions on Basic, Standard and Enhanced DBS checks in line with the rules set out in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the Home Office filtering rules. Guidance on what this means for you can be found at:

There are several organisations that may be able to provide independent advice on the disclosure of criminal record information. These include, but are not limited to, NACRO, Unlock or the Citizens Advice Bureau.
