Who will the DBS certificate be sent to?

DBS sends the completed DBS check information to the applicant directly.

However, applicants for a Basic DBS check can choose for the result to be sent directly to a third party, instead of to their own address.

Completed Standard and Enhanced DBS certificates are only sent to the applicant, at the address provided on the application form. Organisations will need to ask the applicant for sight of their completed certificate.
