The progress of my application seems to have stopped at the final stages, can you advise when my certificate will be issued?

Some applications take longer to process than others and we do have a temporary backlog of applications waiting to pass through our final QA process.
I can assure you that we are working to reduce the backlog and minimise any delays experienced by our applicants, and I would hope we are able to issue your certificate in the very near future.
